This Install Attaches Right To
The Seat Bolt, & Has a Quick Disconnect !! (No Holes)
This Installer Managed To Take The Nut Off The Seat Bolt
And Just Slip The Flange On The Bolt And Screw The Nut Back On !
The Right Picture Shows How The Installer Cut The Flange To Allow The Seat To Move
Forward More
He Could Of Just Attached It Without Cutting The Flange, BUT He Would Have
Lost 1 Or 2 Inches Of Pushing The Seat Forward
(The White Cloth On The Left Side Of The Right Picture Is The Seat Pushed
All The Way Back To Expose The Seat Bolt And Seat Railing)
The Round White Blob Right Above The Black Flange Is a Part Called a
"Union" For Quick Disconnect
