These are pictures of the laptop stand mounted in an unmarked police vehicle.
I added a quick release to the base which I bolted to the passenger seat bracket (no
other screws or holes needed)
The quick release allows the computer to swivel to the passenger seat for operation by the
passenger.
Not bad for $30, and $5 for a quick release and 10 minutes to install.
This stand is mounted in a unmarked 2004 Crown Vic police vehicle.
I mounted the base to the bolt on the passenger seat bracket.
I added a quick release to the base so I can quickly unhook the main part of the stand,
this also allows for the entire stand to swivel to the passenger for their use.

To Install This Mobile Laptop Mount In This 2004 Ford Crown Vic
He Simply Unscrewed The Bolt That Holds The Seat.
Put The Floor Flange Over The Hole, And Then Just Screw The Bolt Back In Till It's Tight,
IT'S JUST THAT SIMPLE
